Petroleum Measurement Equipment Company has a fabrication facility located near Houston, Texas. In this facility, PMEC completely engineers, designs and fabricates a wide range of pipeline, manifold, loading rack and unloading rack and additive skids.

| We understand operations so our skids are always designed with the operator in mind. We are careful to provide:
- Safe access
- Maintenance access
- Flexibility for expansion
- All skids are fully-wired and tested before they leave the shop.
- PMEC typically delivers the skidded systems to the site and provides all mechanical and electrical field installation, testing, start-up, commissioning and training.
